1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through phataya.net (hereinafter referred to as "phataya," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using phataya and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and phataya with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phataya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phataya strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be accessing phataya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phataya, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phataya or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phataya reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access phataya's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one active phataya account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): phataya may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phataya will never request your password through any channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify phataya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phataya will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phataya supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phataya aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three banking days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to phataya's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your phataya account.
• No Cryptocurrency: phataya does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Transactions attempted via cryptocurrency will be rejected.
• No Credit Card Gambling Deposits: In compliance with Philippine regulations, phataya does not accept credit card funding for gaming accounts.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phataya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phataya offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: phataya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, exploiting system errors, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Amendments: phataya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phataya — including live casino, slots, bingo, and Dragon Tiger Luck — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• Random Number Generation: RNG-based games on phataya use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of bets placed.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, phataya will resolve the round in accordance with the game's specific disconnection policy.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, phataya reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phataya reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phataya and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with phataya games or systems
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phataya staff or other players
• Accessing phataya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Allowing a third party to use your phataya account
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction

8. Intellectual Property

All content on phataya.net — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phataya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phataya without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of phataya's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phataya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phataya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phataya account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phataya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use phataya at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

phataya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on phataya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phataya implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phataya cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Responsible Gaming

phataya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phataya account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12. Account Suspension & Closure

phataya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and phataya's anti-money laundering procedures.

You may close your phataya account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat within your account. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phataya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phataya will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of phataya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phataya and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phataya, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
